• Note: When the listing is updated, 6 hours must be waited in order to make a second update. The price update for Riot Games games and the number of gems and trophies for Supercell games can be made once an hour.

• Canceling a paid sale transaction creates dissatisfaction on the part of the buyer. For this reason, your seller profile will be penalized. You can check the Seller Reputation section for details. Your seller profile will be negatively impacted and your right to sell will be restricted if you do not have enough successful sales.
• In case of cancellation of the sale transaction, the security of the account is the responsibility of the seller. It should ensure the security of the account by changing the password of the account.

• Seller reputation system; It is an indicator used for sellers and buyers to shop on a more secure platform.
• In the seller reputation system, while the sellers increase their reputation for successful transactions, they receive penalty points for their incorrect/inappropriate transactions.

Positive/negative scores are reflected to the sellers automatically or manually after the sale. Sellers who are included in the system for the first time start with 50% reputation points and cannot reach 100% reputation points when they first join the system.

The upper limit of reputation that sellers can reach increases according to the number of sales. These are briefly;

• Max 80% before 5 sales,
• Max 85% from 5 to 10 sales,
• Max 90% from 10 to 25 sales,
• Max 95% from 25 to 50 sales,
• After 50 sales, this limit can be removed and they can reach up to 100%.

A separate score is awarded for each successful transaction type. These are briefly;

• Sellers receive 30 points for successful account sales.
• Sellers receive 5 points for successful item/skin sales.

Sellers receive some penalties for their incorrect/inappropriate actions. The reason for the penalty and the penalty score received are given below as a table.

• Canceled a paid order without providing a valid reason. (-60 points)
• A paid order was canceled due to incorrect information or being unable to remove phone verification in a listing. (-30 points)
• An account sold was taken back (recovered) and the grievance was remedied by refunding the fee. (-90 points)

Restrictions are applied by GamerMarkt to sellers who fall below a certain reputation score. These restrictions are respectively;

• Having less than 32% reputation points for the first time : 7 Days
• Have a reputation score of less than 32% for the second time : 14 Days
• Have a reputation score of less than 32% for the third time : 30 Days
• Having a reputation score of less than 32% for the fourth time : Permanent

A seller with a seller points below 32% can once again build their reputation with successful sales once the restriction is over. The restriction is not applied unless he again exhibits an incorrect/inappropriate behavior. When the seller receives any penalty points, if the seller points falls below 32% as a result of the calculation, he is restricted again as stated in the table.

These restrictions are only intervened in the event of a system error or an erroneous penalty. Other than this, it is not possible to take any action or take it back.
