No. Every LoL account is linked to one region and can't log in to another region's client. Riot offers account transfers, but an account created on EUW lets you play there right away. Every account on this page is on EUW.

Start with the rank, level, champions and skins, which the listing reads from the account itself. Then look at the seller's badge, which reflects their sales over the last 3 months. Sorting by price shows the EUW accounts that fit your budget first.

Yes, EUW accounts with no rank are part of this list too. Ranked needs level 30, at least 20 owned champions and 10 Swiftplay or Normal Draft games. Each listing shows the account's rank and level.

Why Do You Need an Account Made on EUW?

EUW is Riot's Europe West server for League of Legends, and every LoL account is tied to one region: an account made on EUNE or NA can't log in to the EUW client. To play on EUW you need an account that lives there. This page lists EUW accounts only.

A ready EUW account puts you on the same server as your friends in Western Europe, or lets you start your climb there without levelling from scratch. Unranked, fresh and ranked EUW accounts share one list, which you can sort by price, rank, level and number of skins.

Rank, level, champions and skins on every listing are read from the account itself, and sellers carry badges based on their sales over the last 3 months. You pay with your GamerMarkt balance through Buy Now, then the account's e-mail moves to your address through Riot's own confirmation e-mail, the password is changed and the order completes.
